Terms of Service for CoupleSpace

1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CoupleSpace website and mobile application provided by EYAPPS ("we", "us", or "our"). By using CoupleSpace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
3. Partner connections and shared content
CoupleSpace lets you connect with a partner and share activities, responses, messages, and game results. Only link with someone who agrees to connect with you. Content you share through partner features may be visible to your linked partner. Consider what you share; unlinking or deleting your account cannot remove copies another person has already saved.
4. Acceptable use
Use CoupleSpace lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or abuse others; share unlawful content or content you do not have permission to share; attempt to access another person’s account or private data; distribute malware; or interfere with the service. Do not bypass access controls or misuse partner invitations.
5. Your content and our service
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and provide the features you use, including sharing with your linked partner. You must have the rights needed to submit your content. CoupleSpace’s software, branding, and original service content belong to EYAPPS or their respective owners. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service subject to these terms.
6. Purchases, subscriptions, and free trials
Some features may require a paid purchase or subscription. The price, billing period, included features, and any trial conditions are shown before purchase. Payments made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are handled by that store and are subject to its payment terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the disclosed price unless you cancel through the store before its renewal deadline. If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription under the terms shown at sign-up unless canceled in time.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel a subscription in the subscription settings of the Apple or Google account used to purchase it. Uninstalling CoupleSpace, unlinking a partner, or deleting your CoupleSpace account does not cancel a store subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to the store’s terms. Request refunds through the store that processed your payment. Refund eligibility is governed by that store’s policies and applicable law; these terms do not limit your statutory rights.
8. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and retain personal information. You may request account and associated data deletion by contacting us at the addresses below. We handle deletion requests as described in the Privacy Policy. Remember to cancel any active subscription separately through the relevant app store.
9. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services, including sign-in providers, payment platforms, and content providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services or their availability.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep CoupleSpace available, but interruptions, maintenance, and errors can occur. We may improve or change features over time. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide appropriate notice and any remedies required by applicable law or the purchasing store’s rules.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using CoupleSpace at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about the decision. Suspension does not remove any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
12. Disclaimers and responsibility
CoupleSpace provides games and shared activities for entertainment and connection. It does not provide medical, mental health, or professional relationship advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are responsible for losses as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the updated terms on this page with a new effective date and provide notice of material changes through the service or another appropriate channel. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may stop using the service and cancel any subscription.
